You can also talk about what you do, how you take care of your patients, your methodologies, specialities and make appointments for diagnosis at your office. If the person is your patient, you can discuss things just like you would do with a patient in a phone conversation but with a more personal experience through video consultation.

Are you different from others on the market?

No, you do not have to, but we highly recommend this so that you avoid spending time on less meaningful appointments when you could be meeting with others. You can set the price at whatever amount best fits your goals and value that you offer. For some users, such as vacation home owners who want to meet their potential renters and those who want to meet potential clients, a free video appointment is likely more appropriate.

Can I use the system for all my other in office appointments ?

Absolutely. You can choose to use this for all appointments or simply for your video appointments.

Can I trust that you will still exist in 3 months?

We were established in 2001 and have already proven success with enough revenues to support our planned developments and future solutions. Although there is always risk with start-up companies, rest assured knowing that, unlike most start-ups, we are not soley reliant on our initial funding and our momemtum is growing.

Can I trust my data and operations with you?

We have been running serious SaaS and cloud solutions for many years. In fact we have been doing this longer than most companies in this business. Amongst our solutions are accounting, invoice and web shop systems used in offline stores that can not tolerate any downtime. Our up time has been over 99.9% and we do our absolute best to keep our service running at all times. System updates are done on low traffic times with timely warning to users.

Why don’t you offer this as free system?

That is simple, we want the SimplyMeet.me service to be running for you in the years to come and we don’t want you to wake up one day to see that our service has disappeared. To many FREE FOR ALL services have disappeared from the Internet, making users not only lose the service but their important data as well. Users should always beware of totally free services that they need to depend on because nothing is really free.

Is it safe to discuss or show anything during the video conversation?

The stream is limited to only you and those that you allow to enter the conversation. Each participant needs a special connection code and others cannot connect without this code. You will also see all those involved in the conversation. Sniffing video streams on the Internet is extremely difficult and unless someone has spyware on your or your client’s computer this is almost impossible. Although illegal interference with your data and video streams is highly unlikely, we do include a warning in our terms and conditions for both you and those who connect with you.
